Slowly declining space station orbit

The Chinese  space station is making   waves with an amplitude about 20 km and   during last 7 hours it has descended about 70 meters.  measured from the  wave bottem  level.   Now  the  lowest  orbit, the wave  touches   is  234.88 km and  the top of the  wave  reach  orbit  level  of  about 256 km.  The time is  21:42 in Sweden.

You can track  this wave self.  Now it is going  again up.

An old Chinese space station is soon falling back from orbit. Reentry uncontrolled.
